Refund policy

You may return products within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or delivery slip

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility for return: Only new, unused, undamaged items in their original unopened packaging are accepted.
  • Return period: 30 days from the date you received your package.
  • Return method: By mail only.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping.
  • Restocking fees: No restocking fees apply.
  • Refund processing time: Within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

How to Make a Return To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@siopie.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used when placing the order
  • Delivery address

After receiving your request, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address where you must ship the package.

Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method to avoid loss of the returned item. If a return package is lost and a trackable service was not used, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Shipping the Return

  • All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • No restocking fees are charged.
  • Please use a Track & Trace service to ensure safe delivery and proper verification of your return.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in GBP (£) or CAD (CA$) within 7 business days. If the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, we will notify you by email.

Important notes:

  • Refunds apply only to the product price.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same product. After we receive and approve your return, we will process and ship the replacement item. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@siopie.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or a replacement.
